I saw a thread "BBS Dev Environment" on reddit, posted by sysopbbs (I don't know if that's someone who's here?), with a link to a video showing how to setup a development environment for DDPlus7.1 using Turbo Pascal.

The reddit post:
"For anybody interested in making DOOR Games, I put together a video showing how to set up a development environment for DDPlus7.1 using Turbo Pascal. It's running on XP under VirtualBox. I've been using this DOORKit to code two games now. It has a small subset of instructions for DOOR programming under Pascal, and it's been easy to use. The manual is included in the zip."

Just thought I'd share this here, I haven't done any Pascal development myself but it's great to see some documentation of how to set things up for door game development.
