Just picked this up on Steam for $12. It seems like it was worth it for a
game of this age. The only DLSS support is for 40xx series cards w/ frame generation and I've just got a 3060ti, but it looks pretty slick and I get about 50fps at 4k with high settings. It's quite enjoyable so far, though I haven't finished any side quests or gotten any where near into the story yet. It looks amazing and the ambience really seems like what little I know from
the series (never read the books, sorry!). Of course, Roach is present.
I've had some fun exploring and using Witchy-Sense.

Witcher 3 is great, and it's going to look gorgeous on a 3060.

I stalled out around 20% of the way through, but finished it during 2020.
My wife played it twice back to back over two weeks, and had to tear herself away.

It's probably the best open world game I've ever played, especially with the
    late medieval/Renaissance-era feeling

Eh.. I still have that Wine... something DLC to complete. I stopped and never came back to it, but all the rest is completed and I fucking love Red Baron and then the whole Heart of Stone expansion. Grim stories in Witcher and uncertain morality is what makes it best!

I still have to complete it myself, but I watched her play it through and it looks very fun. The beginning was just a little tedious with all the new monsters.
