N2QFD - OKIEDOKIE gotta get up at 0430 EDT so only a half hours to spend here and QRO but wanted to make sure some points were had. Thanks for working though the static Gregg, every contact in my book is 559/599 and it's fin to work for it now and then! best 72 all.

K3RLL - This mW Sprint is almost always a fun event with surprisingly good signals. Tonight, someone must have been out there somewhere shaking 20 meters as fairly nice signals would come and go within seconds. Missed a number of good ones tonight when they slipped in and out, and sometimes not back in. ;-( Big signal into FL tonight was Glenn, N4MJ. Thanks for the fun. 72 ... Don K3RLL

K1SN - Thanks to everyone for their patience. Really stoked to work John, KC7DM, from Oregon on 20 meters with less that one watt output power both ways.

N4MJ - 40 was very noisy. 20 was not as noisy but only a few stations heard. Tnx to ALL participants.

K9NUD - Wow, lots of QRN on 40 tonight. Sorry for the ones I could not pull out of the static. Welcome to new member Shannon, W8SCS! KX3 @ 1W using a cootie

W1TM - Had to try the freshly assembled Cricket 40. Heard lots of signals but none calling CQ NA, and called CQ on my rockbound 7.030 frequency. No contacts.

WB1GYZ - Wow, two RST 599 sig. reports sent and rcv'd fm VA and NY. When the band is open lately, it's really open. Tks for a fun hour.

KN1H - A very tough night at sub-one watt, thanks to those who pulled me out of the noise. I really like the new fist at KN2G, Ken's modified side swiper is a delight to listen to. IC-7300, on battery,@ 950mw output. Nye Viking Master Key. 72, John, KN1H

KC7DM - A nice x-county pipeline early on 20M. OR to GA, NC and VA. 72 all.

K9QEW - Limited to 20m operations only. Band gave out early. Hopefully, I will have 40m ops again soon. 72/73s Daryl

KC5F - Not a lot of activity, but mostly decent signals. But the only 4-call I worked from here in NC was in TN on 20m! Also had two members who were loud and didn't give NAQCC numbers, and when asked were running 100w, so I logged them as non-members with their power levels. I guess it's still a challenge to see what stations you can work, too. Fun, as always. Thanks, all!

K7EK - Lots of signals this evening, however regional storm static really made things rough. Surprised at how well I did with 1W, despite the wall of static.

KN2G - Choppy waters tonight! 20 was muted and sparse. 40 a bit variable but the place to be and the surf was way too high on 80. Almost got you Ron, VE3SIF on 80. Good fun even as the crashes slowly intensified. See you on the weekend as W2F on CW for Field Day from NNY.

WG8Y - Hi all, Rough start.Made my first QSO one hour into the Sprint. Worked 4 Q's in 3 states. Spun the dial but decided pulled the plug at 0200Z. Ran my FT-817ND at 800 to 900MW into 10-80 OCF at 40ft. Still fun. Now to get "stuff" ready for a very hot Field Day. Stay hydrated everyone. 72 From N.C. Mark WG8Y

K9DRP - Put the mcHF rig to work tonight. I heard a lot more stations than could hear me. Worked one on 20 and the rest on 40. Still amazing where you can go with 1 watt. 72 Don

KK4ITX - Short time, family at camp. Real happy to make at least one QSO at 1w with FT818.

K3JZD - I had a high noise level here in WPA in addition to some QSB. So, there may have some mW signals that were down in the noise that I just couldn't pull out. Always enjoy these mW sprints, even though my big K4 box is telling me that it can do more than the 900 mW that I was running. But 900 mW got the job done this evening. 72, Jody - K3JZD

K8NGW - Wow ... a rough night tonight. Heard a few signals on 20 but they were not hearing me. If there were any signals on 80, they were lost in tonight's S9 noise. 40 was the money band for me tonight even though I passed out a few 339 signal reports. Hope everyone has a great Field Day! See you all next month.

N7QR - 8th mW - Noise on 80, heard a station calling CQ NA on 20 but he did not hear me. Fun anyway! Russ Portland OR

VA3NU - Stayed on 40M for the sprint. Some QSB and band very noisy but had lots of fun using my new to me G90 radio at 1 watt.

KQ3Z - Only was able to work the last hour but heard quite a few stations on 40. Amazing how far you can go with less than a watt.

K6GPB - Did not hear any activity. Did call CQ on 40 and 20 for about an hour. Manage to make the reverse beacon on both bands. No real distance, but at least where contacts have been made in the past. A real challenge.

KC3MIO - I knew the MW sprint was this week, but forgot the night until I heard KC5F calling "CQ NA" at 0131. I quickly dialed down the power on my Icom 705 and stuck with the Bencher BY-1 I had hooked up and worked Steve. Most contacts on 40, but did work 2 stations on 20 in FL and NE; the band was very quiet. Noise on 80 was too high to work anybody. It is always amazing what you can do with one watt. Thanks, all & 73/72.

W8GG - Hello Fellow Sprinters! I fired up the K2 on solar power @ 900mw. 20 closing hear as sprint started. No takers to my CQs. 40 was better. Heard many peepers there. Only had time fer a few as i had a Zoom mtg to attend. Still lots of fun to see what you can do with QRPp. Hope to hear many of you at Field Day this weekend. 73 Gregg W8GG

KM3D - K1 with one watt and inverted V worked well on 40m. Made only one 20m contact with my vertical antenna. Very enjoyable and always surprised at how well QRPp works! 72

KA2KGP - 40m. was the band for this Mw Sprint. Only 1 QSO on 20m. & 1 on 80m. A good turnout. Everyone keep cool during the hot spell & 73 !

WB9HFK - I stayed on 40M for my entire time until shutting down at 0200Z. QSB and QRN were issues for sure. It is fun to see what QRPp can do. Thanks for the QSO's and see everyone next time! 72, Mark WB9HFK

KB1M - Turned downed the KX3 to 200 mW, and thanks to ops with very good ears was able to complete 6 Q's. 40 was loud QRN but got 2 Q's, including a 2fer with KC5F. Thanks all for fun evening. 72, Walt

AA0W - Poor conditions Thunder storms all evening.

WA2FBN - 40m was very noisy, but copied some sigs above the noise. 72 Ken

KA8VZB - Always great fun to dust off the Ten-Tec Argosy and see what 500 mW and a wire can do! Thanks and 72! Joe

N7KM - First time ever I got skunked. I arrive early and worked two SOTA and one POTA stations. At 00:30 the bands died. I listened up and down and did work another POTA with much effort on both ends. I stepped away and came back occasionally to check propagation every off, but no help from Mother Nature. I'll CU next month. 72, Ken N7KM

    K4JPN - Heavy QRN on 40M and 20M. 72, Steve K4JPN
