The last couple of days I've been looking into the Nostr protocol.
Seems like it's pretty popular since it was endorsed by Jack Dorsey.
It's a censorship-resistant, Twitter alternative. But because the
protocol is so open, it's not limited to tweets; it can act as a chat, forum, reddit clone, blog, etc.
